Terms and Conditions of Use

Before we begin, I'd like to thank you for using (or considering) ProphpBB to host your forum. While nobody wants to read a bunch of legal jargon, it's important to know the terms and conditions we require you to abide by while using our service. These terms of use apply to all aspects of our service - including (but not limited to) registering at, posting to, or creating a free forum.

You agree not to register or operate your forum in an illegal, immoral, unethical, or otherwise objectional manner. This includes discussing (or allowing discussion of) things such as warez, hacking, pornography, excessive cursing, harassing, or posting copyrighted material. This is not all-inclusive, ProPhpBB staff may at anytime use discretion when determining whether to take action.

Spam - We don't like spam! Any forum created for the sole purpose of spamming will be promptly removed.

Activation - If you do not activate your forum within three (3) days of registering, it will be removed and available to re-register. Also, if your forum becomes abandoned for more than thirty (30) days it will be removed.

Content - We request that you maintain at least 70% of your content as publicly viewable. Guests and bots must be able to read majority of your forums, threads, and posts - but of course you're welcome to restrict registrations as you see fit.

Advertising - we reserve the right to display advertising on your forum. We promise never to intentionally display anything generally accepted as being vulgar or profane. We will respect your domain as if it were our own and will not tarnish a forum because of objectionable advertising.

We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time. You, by continued use of our service, are responsibe for regularly reviewing said terms to ensure you're in compliance.
